We pursue the goal to identify changes in markets and clients’ needs as early as possible in order to deviate changes and risks related thereto in favour of our clients’ companies. For the exploitation, development and protection of strategic potential for success we support the management in the adaption and remodeling of the new goals. Management Coaching

Our business coaching for managers shall support leaders in carrying out their management role in a more efficient and creative way. We evaluate in face-to-face discussions fields of problems, resources and action strategies – get to know the humans apart from their management roles is essential. No matter whether our client is in need of a «management coaching» nor on the level above an «executive coaching – skills i.e. like «leadership» or «management» will be discussed in detail. During the training on the highest management level, the «executive coaching», we act as sparring partners which means that we represent a competent counterpart who – on a level playing field – shares his view about leadership amongst the participants. Subject to our long-standing experiences our expertise is recognized and accepted on this hierarchical level.

Sales Advise and Training

Our training units comprise all measures and instruments applied to improve motivation, professional qualification and sales potential. The contents and methods are addressed to sales persons being educated as well as with regard to the psychology of clients. As a principal, no matter to which branch the theme of the half-life period of the sales knowledge belongs, half of the applicable know how must be replenished in only five years tîme. This task is within the sales training whereas the sales persons themselves are primarily occupied with the sales contents and the handling of clients. We address our knowhow to persons working in the field service, office duty, sales persons of all organisations, leaders and key-account managers.

Change Management

Our advise comprises the adjustment of existing business strategies and structures to changing surrounding conditions in the economical environment of our clients’ companies. Swift alterations and the speed of global changes like technical revolution or planned evolution require faster adjustments to the business strategy of a company. The signs of Corporate Transformation and Business Transformation, which occur in the reengineering, require most often drastic measures. The biggest obstacles to implement a successful organisation development and restructuring is the positive motivation and information on all levels of a company and the employees concerned. We take over this part as consultants.

Acquisition and Client Contact

We support our clients in all areas relating to acquisition and client contact. We cover with our proposition the whole active sales process from the preparation of client data, the client approach, the personal client meeting to the completion of a sale and the later follow-up. Our sales environment is placed in the region from executive to luxury whereas we count capital equipment in the real estate sector as well as movable luxury goods and the provision of service in the family office area to our main fields. Regular client meetings in the name of banks, trustees and other sophisticated and client-orientated branche are also part of our service portfolio.
